John Eger has over thirty-five years of domestic and international operational and financial leadership expertise, including family office buy-side operations (responsible
for $125 million in invested capital), “C” level corporate officer in over twenty operating companies, and advising investors, directors and management in multiple engagements. Mr. Eger has expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Between 2016 and 2017 he served as Managing Director of Oberon Securities, a FINRA license investment bank, located in New York, from 2008 to 2016 as Managing Director of Allen & Associates, a boutique corporate advisory firm.
The Lord (Benjamin) Mancroft, 3rd Baron Mancroft, entered the House of Lords on 23 February 1988 and sits as a Conservative. In 1999 he was one of the ninety hereditary peers elected to remain in the House of Lords after the House of Lords Act 1999. James Brown, Director of Monetary Services, since 2017 served as Chief Operating Officer for Peter Harrison, a prime trader acting on behalf of the Al Thani (Qatari) global interests. As Chief Executive Officer of the International Energy Development Group, Mr. Brown oversaw solar, wind, waste-to-energy, CSP, thermal and geo-thermal projects on multiple continents. Mr. Brown holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
