John Eger has over thirty-five years of domestic and international operational and financial leadership expertise, including family office buy-side operations (responsible
for $125 million in invested capital), “C” level corporate officer in over twenty operating companies, and advising investors, directors and management in multiple engagements. Mr. Eger has expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Between 2016 and 2017 he served as Managing Director of Oberon Securities, a FINRA license investment bank, located in New York, from 2008 to 2016 as Managing Director of Allen & Associates, a boutique corporate advisory firm.
The Lord (Benjamin) Mancroft, 3rd Baron Mancroft, entered the House of Lords on 23 February 1988 and sits as a Conservative. In 1999 he was one of the ninety hereditary peers elected to remain in the House of Lords after the House of Lords Act 1999. During his career he has served as a member of multiple Select Committees, Parliamentary All-Party Groups, Political Organizations, Trade Associations and Charities.
